Kitchen Crew runs the brigade — chef, cook, baker, butcher, sommelier, barista, bartender, waiter, dishwasher, patissier, saucier, expediter. The compound names (sommelier, dishwasher, charcutier, mixologist, confectioner) anchor; the short ones (chef, host, cook) hide. A theme that solves as the brigade itself runs: hierarchy descending, with the long titles on top and the short functions sliding through the gaps.
